If you disagree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our services immediately. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, with changes taking effect upon posting to our website.
2. Educational Services and Programs
Program Enrollment and Participation
Our educational programs are designed to provide comprehensive training in user experience design principles and practical skills. Enrollment in programs scheduled for late 2025 and 2026 requires completion of our application process and acceptance of program-specific terms.
- Students must maintain regular attendance and participation in assigned activities
- All assignments and projects become part of your learning portfolio
- Program completion does not guarantee employment placement or specific career outcomes
- Course materials are provided for educational use only and cannot be redistributed
Academic Integrity Requirements
All participants must adhere to strict academic honesty standards. This includes original work submission, proper attribution of sources, and respectful collaboration with fellow students. Violations of academic integrity may result in program dismissal without refund.
Important: While we provide comprehensive education and support, individual career outcomes depend on many factors including personal effort, market conditions, and individual circumstances. We cannot guarantee specific employment results or salary levels upon program completion.
3. User Accounts and Responsibilities
Account Security and Management
When you create an account with IntelSynap, you become responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
- You are responsible for updating your contact information as needed
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
- You may not share your account credentials with others
- You are liable for all activities conducted through your account
Prohibited Account Activities
Users may not engage in activities that violate our community standards or interfere with other users' learning experiences. This includes harassment, sharing inappropriate content, or attempting to access restricted areas of our platform.
4. Intellectual Property and Content Usage
Educational Content Rights
All course materials, including videos, written content, assignments, and resources provided through our programs, remain the intellectual property of IntelSynap. Students receive a limited license to use these materials for educational purposes during and after their program participation.
Student Work and Portfolio Rights
Projects and assignments you create during our programs belong to you. However, by participating in our programs, you grant IntelSynap permission to showcase exceptional student work in marketing materials, with proper attribution and your explicit consent for each use.
5. Payment Terms and Refund Policies
Payment Processing and Billing
Program fees are due according to the payment schedule provided during enrollment. We accept various payment methods and offer installment options for qualified students. All payments are processed securely through our approved payment partners.
- Payment plans must be arranged before program commencement
- Late payments may result in account suspension until resolved
- All fees are stated in New Taiwan Dollars unless otherwise specified
- Payment confirmation will be provided via email within 48 hours
Refund and Cancellation Policy
We offer a structured refund policy based on program progress and cancellation timing. Students who withdraw within the first two weeks of a program may be eligible for a partial refund, minus administrative fees. Refunds are processed within 14 business days of approved requests.
Refund eligibility depends on individual circumstances and program completion percentage. We encourage students experiencing difficulties to speak with our academic support team before considering withdrawal.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. We collect and process personal information necessary for providing educational services, including contact details, academic progress, and payment information. This data is protected according to applicable privacy laws and our internal security protocols.

Enforcement and Consequences
Violations of community guidelines will be addressed through progressive measures, including warnings, temporary restrictions, or program dismissal in serious cases. We aim to resolve issues through education and support whenever possible.
8. Technical Requirements and Platform Access
Our online learning platform requires specific technical capabilities for optimal performance. Students are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate internet connectivity, compatible devices, and necessary software to participate fully in program activities.

- Reliable high-speed internet connection for video streaming and interactive sessions
- Modern web browser with JavaScript enabled and updated security features
- Computer or tablet capable of running design software and applications
- Audio and video capability for virtual classroom participation
- Sufficient storage space for course materials and project files
Platform Availability and Support
While we strive for continuous platform availability, occasional maintenance and updates may temporarily limit access. We provide advance notice of scheduled downtime and offer technical support during regular business hours to resolve access issues.
9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
Important Legal Notice: While we provide comprehensive education and career support, employment outcomes depend on multiple factors beyond our control, including individual effort, market conditions, and economic circumstances. We cannot guarantee specific career results or salary levels.
IntelSynap provides educational services "as is" without warranties regarding specific outcomes. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services. We are not responsible for indirect damages, lost opportunities, or consequential losses related to program participation.
Service Availability and Performance
We make reasonable efforts to maintain service quality and availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free performance. Users are responsible for backing up their work and maintaining alternative communication methods during technical issues.
10. Termination and Account Closure
Either party may terminate the educational relationship under specific circumstances. Students may withdraw from programs according to our refund policy, while IntelSynap may terminate accounts for violations of these terms or non-payment of fees.
- Student-initiated withdrawal requires written notice and may be subject to academic penalties
- Company-initiated termination will include explanation of reasons and available appeals process
- Upon termination, access to course materials may be limited or revoked entirely
- Outstanding financial obligations remain due regardless of termination circumstances
- Completed coursework and certificates earned prior to termination remain valid
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China), and any disputes will be resolved through the courts located in Kaohsiung City. We encourage students to first attempt resolution through our internal grievance process before pursuing legal action.
